Actually, it's not. It's only the first day of the R/S so it'll take awhile for the market, such as it is, or isn't, to adjust.

It'll be interesting to see when the first trade occurs and how much it'll drop.

Cyril and Teresa won't find many buyers unless they put out better bs than an uplisting to the QB.. Even at the "bargain price" of $.005.
