RIGH "sellers/dumpers/insiders" exposed:

TAYLOR MOFFITT, GREENRIDGE CAPITAL, and/or INNER CORE GROUP:

In the last few months, RIGH has seen a flood of engineered sales in quantities that could only come from holders of quantity.

These have come in the form of "average" (Form W) sales, or "Late Report" (Form T) sales.

"Sample" dumps/monetizations(?)- (follow threads back, in some cases...)

In the 2013 Annual Report, RIGH CEO Angel had to disclose that he had given 1.499 Billion shares each to Kelso Office Services and US CoProducts. It was unclear at the time why these SHELL companies were given shares, but now ownership has been traced to Taylor Moffit, acting for or with Greenridge Capital and/or "Inner Core Group":

Some DD has revealed that:

Kelso, USCoProducts = Taylor Moffitt, Carlos Febles = Inner Core Management = GreenRidge Capital (via joint venture)

Here's how it works:

Vapobag, my2mustangs, burn and I have all noticed the Taylor Moffitt/Kelso Office Services connection before:

http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=105363808

EACH of the "mystery companies" was given 1.499 Billion shares of RIGH each (just under 5% "reportable" threshold" as Vapobag astutely pointed out).

First, Kelso Office Services' Registered Agent is "Taylor Moffitt":

Next, US CoProducts was organized by Carlos Febles, an organizer for Kelso Funding:

Now the link.

Both Taylor Moffitt and Carlos Febles are part of the management team of "Inner Core Management, PLC":

Inner Core Management, in turn, states that it intended to go public in September, 2013 (but didn't), and that it is a joint venture with GreenRidge Capital:

Taylor Moffitt is a partner at Greenridge, as per LinkedIn (Membership needed, so no link provided- if you're a member, you can find the full bio)-

The Greenridge Capital site has a "pseudo-warning" page, IMHO to give the impression that one is getting in (OOOH) secretly via an omission in the screening process. But that's just me:

http://www.greenridgecapitalonline.com/

But you can get beyond that screen and judge for yourselves. There's plenty to chew on.

As further background, some may have noticed that I posted inquiries on other boards, particularly to those who had experience in Taylor's personally-founded company- James Monroe Capital Corporation, then JMCP, now JMON.

Below are the inquiries and responses:

For a sampling of what was going on at JMCP (now JMON) in 2008, when Taylor was last involved, here are posts that mention him:

Finally, for a close-up and personal, a video from Taylor, selling his Inner Core Management to a "select" group of investors (anyone with an Internet connection):

As I said- lots to chew on, particularly when you drill down on the Greenridge Capital site.

This is just MY DD. I urge all to do their own Due Diligence to confirm or refute the above.

Best to all.
