IMO, the next amount of funding will come from the Chinese govt in the form of a grant for SJAP. Dragon head status means govt support. The visit of the official last week was the tip-off. These guys are like politicians everywhere. Whenever there is govt involvement, there is a politician looking for a photo-op,
