First of all, we have no further details on the purported "Greenridge Capital and Taylor Moffitt" accusations. There is no reference to either of these two in any public RIGH filing. At this point, that information is circumstantial evidence, at best, and would be tossed in a court of law without further witnesses and/or cross exams by the involved parties.
