ILIV is working smart, the SEC has suspended weed players just as they were heating up. My guess is iliv isn't going to join this crowd by trumpeting their weed connections. I expected they might start hawking weed stuff and get themselves suspended along with the other players, but they seem to be aware of the SEC hunt and are skirting it. So relax, they won't be suspended if and when they can make an offering and prove their claims with the required filings and paperwork. Until then they'd best keep quiet and keep working this thing in the background, rather than have the price suddenly begin surging and raise a red flag on the SEC's scope.
