I'm thinking that this back-n-forth will continue for some time as John Bourque's reply as an answer to the state's reply will necessitate yet another reply from the state on which they will wait until the last day (30 days?) to reply, and so this cycle will continue until either John Bourque cries Uncle and accepts terms he rather not, or the state's attorneys are instructed by higher ups to spend no more time and tax payers money to do to John Bourque what he did to the courts to play the game of pushing off an outcome as a result of an action.
