Thats my point as they were illegally actively using it while we still owned it and have been using it as you can see on Monarch Bay's website as they are trying to sell the Remote Dynamics shell. The name nor trademark had no right to be sold to Telogis as we own it. It is not an asset that was ever filed as a tangible asset so it it not permitted to be acquired by another company.
