I was examining CBIS's most recent Quarterly Report and I noticed that CBIS has revenues of $0 over the last 6 months. However the real eye opener for me was the fact that Net Losses are more than 2x bigger than the same period last year, and net losses over the last 6 months alone are over $6.4 million dollars. The 2 questions I have are, 1. how does CBIS manage to lose over $1 million dollars per month? And 2, why does management award themselves bonuses in addition to the large stock awards they give themselves as compensation? I'm just flabbergasted that management, despite the huge and growing losses, rewards themselves so generously with shareholders capital. Pretty obvious folks, the only people getting rich here is management. Retail shareholders are getting taken. I rate CBIS a strong sell.
