Grant is really a one-man company and not surprising chocolate orders are late or don't arrive. He should get help or stop taking small orders.

But...the Vortex machine will sell for about $5000. Could make a lot more money than just selling chocolate bars.

Why not pick up some cheap shares just for fun?
