Whatever happened, or however it went down, here are my thoughts...
1) Why would JB agree with the SEC (aka "Special Egomaniacal Cops") to a lifetime exclusion from being a director of a pubco, and a $100K fine if he didn't intend on bringing back MSGI?
And...
2) Sell the note holders on a $0.68 conversion. JB's name is mud with the Hedge Funds if he fvcks those guys.
Plus I heard JB really wants to get the fvckers who shorted MSGI numerous times. You know what they say..."the sweetest revenge is success", or did Hamlet say it best with..."revenge is best served cold". And by now MSGI is certainly one cold, dead fish. I would say it is definitely "grey around the gills". Very grey.
I know, I know, it was actually "revenge is a dish best served cold". But hey who cares what it is, as long as the shorts get fvcked and the longs win.
