longinvestor: The case against Nokia only covers the '151 and '244 patents. The case against ZTE covers all 4 patents ('151, '244, '966 and'847).

The difference is that the current District Court case is the companion case to the ITC's 868 investigation. Since the ITC 613 investigation against Nokia, but not ZTE, already covered the '966 and '847 patents they were not part of the ITC 868 investigation (and related District Court case).
