If true, this represents weak pricing power as Intel isn't able to monetize their high end chips as well as planned.

I expect this secular trend to become more pronounced as the ARM hordes start fielding much higher performance CPUs to eat from below into Celeron and Core-i3 where the volume is shifting in the coming months and years.

This is pure upside for the mobile folks as their development costs are already paid for by phones and tablets.

Once MS ports office to android/chrome, you'll see a shift from Wintel to ARM-droid.
