why such a big deal? usually you put in almost anything you can in a job decsription for just in case... long shot could be for the common securitization platform.

imo, the huge is aig, as it will feed into fannie fredie and invalidate the warrants once the 3rd sweep is invalidated. importnat is boies on aig also filed suit on fannie freddie in july 2013 , so it will seep in fannie case. that is huge if aig wins and i will give high probability of warrants invalidated as i have said it before.
