Well not really. A ponzi scheme is where you use money from new investors to pay a return to the old or original investors

instead of using profits earned by the company.

I haven't received a return from the shares that I own.

I made money on the shares that I sold and I still think that I will make some money on the shares that I still own.

This company is not sending checks out to anyone.

They hired someone to pump this earlier this year and they are now out spending their money.
