There is open shorting interest. It is quite evident. Any abnormally high volume day demonstrates a repetitious event of a large cumulative purchase at in-between followed by a very near identical quantity sold on the bid.

Insiders buying only at 50 cents, and higher, when they could have purchased much lower can only mean two things: They are complete idiots; or are shorting mmtc abroad. Since then, the former is present quite often - open shorting.

This all envelopes very large sums of money - people who are much more intelligent about the market than typical mmtc shareholders and know the real situation. Afterall, typical shareholders got duped by mmtc. Those in the undercurrents are shorting the living hell out of mmtc. What is the only way to make money on mmtc? Shorting it.
