I would expect the announcement of tox to bump the price back up to the high fives or low sixes. It would be a big deal because we would finally see some evidence that NNVC will get a drug into human clinical trials. After all, once tox starts the next step is for tox to end, and that is BASi's problem. BASi has done this sort of thing many times before so I'm confident they'll get it done once it's started, far more confident than I am about NNVC getting anything done.

Once tox is done NNVC has to prepare their IND submission. I suspect we'll all be surprised by how long that takes. Then the FDA has to approve it. The FDA isn't known for its lightening fast action either. Then we'll all be surprised again by how long it takes to set up a phase I trial -- this is NNVC, after all. I give even odds there'll be no clinical trials in 2015.
