Those same judges can rule differently when a new case similar to VRNG vs Goog comes up again. And then all is well in the patent world once again. I would not necessarily read too much into this ruling going forward. Just my own take on this. It is too easy to think a bigger power than the court system is going to step in to help out the share holders of VRNG. Sort of false hope. Though I agree that the ruling is flawed. I am underwater on my longterm shares but am still green overall after 3 years and would love to see somebody step forward and change the ruling.......
