It's a claims construction hearing

that's what Markman is. All eyes are on Markman and awaiting results. What exactly is being imagined will come out of it???

Judge ruling that no discovery is needed in the remaining cases and heck, no trial is needed, MMRF wins Billions???

Discovery hasn't even begun in the remaining cases. Walgreens was much further along and assuming no delays, trial was slated for the end of this year. The other cases haven't even begun discovery so MMRF somehow has to find a way to stay in business until next summer at the earliest for one of these trials to get to court.

There will be no declaration of a winner from the Markman, though whatever happens, MMRF will have a PR stating they indeed won. The defendants letting out a collective yawn and not even mentioning it in their SEC filings, let alone in a PR.

Bottom line, nothing descernable to the layman will come out of the results of the Markman. MMRF will claim victory. And unless one of the defendants files an interparty review at USPTO, no settlements will occur in the next 12 months.

Anyone bothered to call Cerner to ask them about MMRF? ROTFL
