Two things:

1) They clearly used the term typically when referencing dietary supplements that promise relief from TBIs using turmeric. They were not referencing every supplement that makes false claims. Neither were they referencing every supplement ingredient used in the false claims.

2) If you read to the bottom of the release, they state:
In December 2013, FDA issued a warning letter to another company for marketing its product with claims to treat TBIs. FDA continues to monitor the marketplace for products with similar fraudulent claims, and will take appropriate regulatory action to protect the public health.

Sooo, I think it is fair to say that as of the date of this release (August 25, 2014) the FDA has not altered its view on RCPI and Anatabloc.
