What the shorts do not know?


They have no clue how a jury will rule. This is not a bought

out judge and or where they apparently had inside information.

This is a case of will they settle, or will a jury give

IDCC a favorable ruling which might and I said might

also kick in treble damages, based on the Nokia behavior.


I don't think they can hold off covering prior to September 8

or they could be hurt some kind of bad. They have had it

there way for years, but they can't control a settlement or

a jury ruling. The time to pay the piper is here.
