You would think they have software patents themselves. Taking software patenting out of the hands of the US Patent Office and jury decisions based on evidence and putting it in the hands of non-scientific judges "common sense" is wrong and undermines every company's software patents.
If in the end VRNG loses the case, than all software patents are essentially dead which means...........
Google and Facebook and IBM and Apple and every other software developer have just lost all of their precious protections under US Patent law.
Stay tuned..........The whole world will is watching the outcomes of these cases. True common sense must prevail or you will see the gutting of every tech company in the USA.
