The TA is ungagged. He will have to have the restrictions lifted before he can sell. And Haddock worries a lot about stuff like insider trading. There's no way he is selling.

Perhaps you could discuss this with him and report back his philosophy on those shares. I'm convinced he is holding his shares for an eventual sale of IDLM.
