Haddock has shares, not options. While he was working at IDLM, those shares were restricted via Rule 144 and their sale was governed by additional restrictions on price. I don't know if those additional restrictions remain in place, and eventually the Rule 144 limits will lapse. But I highly doubt Haddock will move to sell his shares. He knows a tremendous amount of inside information and the last thing he wants out of this whole mess is to get nailed on insider trading.
