He has purchased others in recent history. He owns 31.5M shares total out of the 222M.

The post was only because lowtrade has had NBRI on his radar and since insider purchases are rare on the OTC I was wondering what his take on that event would be?

They are 2-3 weeks away from hitting the new pay streak which should result in an attention pop.

Some investors I know visited the mine 2 weeks ago and they were 4-6 weeks away from finishing the raise to this.
