Nope. DOA or at least dormant in near death coma. I don't think there's anything left. I seriously doubt there will be a meaningful settlement out of the Fairhills Capital case, and I don't think the current share structure could raise enough capital under any conditions to start over. I know a lot of guys are hoping for a better settlement and I hope they are right, but I'm not so optimistic.

It's too bad the way this turned out because this little outfit almost made it. Here's from the last summary in 2012. They weren't solvent, but they were getting closer. For a guy who "read this board for years" you sure got a lot of basic questions LoL! For all practical purposes, There is no more SGCP (but I'd like to be wrong).
