Jim, I hope it is a good sign. Nokia needs to be hauled in front of
a US Federal Judge as soon as possible. As soon as that happens, they will cave. They cannot let the process dictate their responsibility to IDCC. They have too much to lose from what the
evidence will show. Your itch must be from negotiations going on now, and they will soon scratch that itch.
