It was a Joke on the MasterCard CeEO/ It was an attempt to point out how inferior the mastercartd technology is with just microchips.
Chaya would never sell out after all she and we have been through. we have to wait for the supplier to have enough cards to start a rollout. With the rollout comes revenues. This is really meant to be a transaction card. Does more but this is the main thrust.
That is probably where the most chip fraud occurs. This is a moving target. I don't have all the answers. Bilboo
