The same 8K filing declared the end of the $20MM contract with the 2013 Shareholder Group, which you are referring to. In effect the balance of that was transferred to Aspire and enlarged, so now there will be another big trader out there and they can keep themselves playing the market against the $16MM from last years bunch.

It'll be turned over again next Fall probably. It's rather like Bitcoin, but TwoBitCoin.
