The 3 investors, that converted MSGI's, debt for .68, on the dollar, had, to be given, some assurances to, go on or, they wouldnt have, ponied up the, coin. The SEC, is a fickle, can of worms, these days. A lifetime bar, for JB seems, harsh but I, dont have all, of the particulars. I know the, technology NASA is, bringing forth via, JB speaks for, itself. The grey area, is how much, $$$$ trickles down, from Vantage/Nanobeak, to MSGI. Anything purchased under, a penny is, a steal or, is it pissing, cash into the, air depending on, what story to, believe.
