Ok guys...I just called SUTI and finally got a hold of the secretary. I didn't get her name...I was nervous/shocked someone actually picked up. She confirmed that the Board of Directors has changed like the filings said. I asked her if she knew when they were going to announce it or any other news, and she said they are planning to do so soon, but couldn't get any more specific than that. I also asked her if the company was changing directions from the previous business model; and she said that would all be in the update, but couldn't confirm it either way.

The number is 714-333-9401 then ext 0 to speak to the receptionist.


I've called about 3 times before this and this is the first time someone has answered. Don't know what to make of it but at least it's something. I would suggest you guys call her if you want but it doesn't seem like she'll be able to give many answers. At least she did say the BOD was working on an update. So that's better than nothing :)
