I just talked to UBRG. They said they never received a letter from the SEC regarding the deal with GEG or Metwood and laughed when I brought it up. I also called my contact at the SEC...one that I have spoken to before and he said that UBRG is not under investigation by the SEC.

Shorties.

What we have here...is a failure to communicate!
