That's not true. Actually thousands of dollars have been spent on assay reports as well as other testing and DD done on the claims. The reason they are going public is to raise capital to pay for the costs to get the minerals out of the ground. Make no mistake though, lots of work as been done to this point getting this ready to take to the production stage.
