That's too bad. I remember the last time I visited MMR back in March or April and he was there. From the sounds of it at the time he was moving in to the office and was going to be MMR's full time attorney in regards to the patent cases. I know we all have our preconceived ideas about how lawyers are, but he was a very very nice guy who had no problem sitting and chatting with you. I had a few long chats with him at the HIMMS show in Vegas and New Orleans and was very impressed by him. I know MMR really liked him too.
