If you take the time to check the two year chart for CYBK you will see that it appears to be promoted about every fourteen months.

The next cycle may begin in December of this year if it is still trading.

p.s. One strategy might be to average down when it goes under a penny and hope for a bounce at Christmas time. I think the company might be selling chocolate Santa Clauses.
