No deadline. I said 4 years 8/31 since acquisition of substantially all assets and oil seems to think thats a deadline. Imo could be anytime between now and march. Ive been reading more about merging into nonreporting shells and it could take a year to get all needed to file and begin reporting. So maybe sooner than march. Im trying to figure out what went down September 2013. Something obviously did.
