With good news comes increased volume which easily will break down any wall. The good news will have the MMs who build the wall pulling their trades instantly. Usually after that wall is broken it is fast and free sailing upward (as most buy at the ask or risk chasing the price) until next obstacle (wall) is met or unreasonable level is reached. The "NEWS" is the key. It must be substantial news (as coming from FDA), not just fluff from the company as has been put out numerous times in the past. But make no doubt, all who are watching this stock now with the most recent news of "new category" will react after the news and the price will reflect such.
