I don't see any dilution just manipulation holding TNKE down. TNKE never traded more than 17.5M and that was a long time ago. They have a lot more in the OS and AS if they wanted to dilute. I'm long on this one it will be discovered for it's valuation and oversold pps. Summer almost over we can expect a nice move upward. How many otc companies with revenues are there out there?
