CYPW is long overdue on 10-Q filing, even with extension.

Someone pointed this out on the Yahoo board. The deadline for filing a 10Q for a June 30 quarter end is August 14.

After filing the NT-10Q there is a 5 day extension to August 19.

It's now the 26th, a full week past the extended deadline.

Considering they issued exactly one invoice in Q2, and the WHE Gen separation didn't start until July, seems a little surprising that it's taking so long to get the 10Q out.

Doesn't sound promising.
