The problem is the ongoing deception! Just add up the issuance history under #4 to see the O/S stock discrepancy for a start.

The filings claim the O/S are 10,251,574,717 but I checked and had others check and he is way off!!!

I added just the shares sold between Jan 1, 2014 and June 30, 2014, leaving out the anomalous 2,500,000,000,000,000. (I assumed a zero was missing in #38.)

The total of those shares is 24,463,090,000.

At the very least, the filers do not know what "outstanding" means?
