The S.E.C. recently suspended trading in over 200 penny stocks similar to CYBK. Considering the track record of Mr. Clarke I'm surprised CYBK didn't make the list.

p.s. If someone owns shares in a company where the S.E.C. suspends trading can a shareholder file suit against a p.o. box?
