So what you And others are saying is that the sec actions are proof to make assumptions about AEGY situations: well you can't have it one way.... Since they have let us continue to do business, investors to invest one can assume they do not fine AEGY to be a scam and a fraud or otherwise there actions would have been to stop operations--- clearly they have not
