I agree with you Janice. Megas is the one gaining from these few situations where shareholders were able to get a judgement, but who knows if the actual judgement was fulfilled by the brokerages. If the shareholders did get their shares, they're still not tradeable, but Megas got the cash value of those shares. He's whole, the shareholders aren't.
Apparently its difficult for some to accept this picture. It seems pretty clear to me 9 years later. I bet in one year nothing significant will have changed here. Maybe a few more judgements to acquire untradeable shares, but even that probably won't happen. The Tic Toc scenario, that's never presented with any detail, isn't going to happen when there's no enforcer to ensure justice is done. The DOJ, SEC, FINRA, et al, have no interest in this situation beyond what we know and those are supposed to be the enforcement agencies. Duh
