In HYSR's last 10-K Pearl owned 16% of the company, now they own less than half that and a couple million shares less as well. Not a positive for sure but not exactly a big negative either. The only thing that matters now is progress toward producing Hydrogen and we are down the road a bit from the last update. Too many fluff PR's lately and that is why the stock is down IMO. I'm a bit conerned that if there is no voltage announcement before the next 10-Q this will retrace to at least the recent lows. That is only about 30 days from now.
