Received the following in an email from UFood today:

"I am not sure if you are aware that UFood Restaurant Group filed for Bankruptcy Ch-11 in December 2012. We are the entity that bought the assets from the bankruptcy trustee in October of 2013. If you need any additional information about your ownership, the trustee’s name is Harold Murphy at Murphy and King in Boston.
