Please let us know what answers you get, Chiefs. On some of the matters you mentioned, especially the legal ones, you can find updates in the company filings (10Q, 10K and 8K). Legal matters also take a long time to work out and settlements often include requirements that the company not make any public statements afterwards. I think it is encouraging that they are going ahead with the 2nd Terry Bradshaw TV show now. This indicates they have a solid story to put into the program which they want a wide audience to see.
