8-25-2014 Intel/Newshound Guru tman23 There is an article that says the Kurdish Ministers will return to Erbil and report the results of the negotiations to Barzani. It appears they are working out final details (IMO)... GERMANY is sending arms to the Kurds...DO YOU UNDERSTAND THE SIGNIFICANCE OF THAT STATEMENT!! Merkel would not step out on that tight rope unless she were sure that the government will be seated and that an agreement is at hand!! Italy, France, Britain, and the USA are supplying arms...Sharistani told Russia to keep their arms and help with developing infrastructure... All these countries with an interest in Iraq and jockeying for position.
