Company released a loi to acquire Port Townsend Herbal Collective for 126m shares.
The deal was canceled which was a smart move because 126m shares
was too much(deal happened when pps was much lower).
Now Townsend Herbal Collective reopened under the name of our subsidiary, Cannabis Hemporium.
So Townsend Herbal Collective is our dispensary, but without 126m shares issued. This is big news!
Company did not release a pr about it, but there was an article and company confirms it on the website. Herbal Collective had $240k revenue in the first 7 months.
It should be up and not dead and down. But shorties made a good job.
