You are correct! Shareholders are the last to know. Only after action has been taken would anyone know. It is funny how human nature causes us to think negative. No news....must be bad.....financials not out yet must be bad......no communication with company must be bad! Truth be told none of us know what the heck is going on good or bad. If you liked this company and your chances here nothing has changed! If you thought this was a pos from day one why are you still here. The point is nothing has changed good or bad we just perceive it as bad.Maybe they are trying to get current with the SEC filings so they can up list after they release the great news we all have been waiting for. The fact is no one knows but we decide it must be bad. Only time will tell. Good Luck Everyone!
