Very true but not impossible. A lot of it though is the stuff that they said to lead investors to invest a certain way with no intent to capitalize. This would be a difficult lawsuit but worth the time for me. 4 years and nothing to show from the endeavor, but management keeps talking about machines here and there and locations that never fell through. One big thing is the financial track record is all im saying.
