hey, quick question --

do "scams" on the OTC ever run really hard?

the "scam" was the rocky road down. that's all very legal, business as usual in pennyland. no big shock there. the SEC condones it. FINRA grants serial RSs to the worst offenders.

but what about the chart here? what about the fundamentals?

that's about to change for the better imvho.
